The dashboard is your main screen in afrus/advanzo. Here you'll find the metrics for your account overall.

Within the dashboard, you'll discover interesting metrics about your organization regarding transactions, subscriptions, revenue, and more. All this information will assist you in making strategic decisions for your campaigns. Below, we'll show you how your main dashboard is structured

Timeline

On the timeline, you'll be able to see graphs showing the behavior of certain metrics.

Depending on the chosen date filter, the results will be displayed.

You can hide or show the graphs you need by simply clicking on the name

  • Date Filters

You can filter your data by specific periods or customize them using our date filters.

1W - One week up to today

4W - Four weeks ago up to today

1Y - One year up to the current month

MTD - Month to date, the days elapsed in the current month

QTD - Quarter to date, the last three months up to the current month

YTD - Year to date, the months elapsed in the current year

Custom (from - to) - Specific date selection as needed.

Overall Results

Here you'll see the general metrics for each conversion: new unique transactions, new subscriptions, the number of successful charges (monthly credit card charges), total revenue.

Remember that this changes according to the selected date filter.

  • General Metrics

If you have any questions, remember you can hover over the question mark symbol to learn what each metric means.

  • New suscription

Here you can see the general data of your new subscriptions, such as:

  • Total new subscriptions

  • Average value of each subscription

  • Total revenue from subscriptions

  • Active subscriptions and their total amount

  • Subscriptions pending charges and their total amount

  • Old subscriptions

Here you can see the general data of your previous subscriptions, such as:

  • Previous active subscriptions and their total amount

  • Canceled subscriptions and their total amount

  • Attempted new subscriptions and their total amount

  • Charges

Here you can find the general figures of your charges:

  • Total new subscriptions

  • Average value of each charge

  • Total revenue from charges

  • Charges from new subscriptions

  • Charges from old subscriptions

  • Refunded charges

  • Attempted failed charges

  • Unique Transactions

Here you can find the general figures of your unique transactions:

  • Average value of each unique transaction

  • Total revenue from unique transactions

  • Transactions and their total amount

  • Transactions in progress and their total amount

  • Attempted new transactions and their total amount

  • People (New!)

Here you can see the number of people who have registered through your lead forms and also the number of abandoned transactions.

Comparatives

Below the metrics box on the dashboard, you will find comparative charts for abandoned transactions vs. successful transactions and unique transactions vs. subscriptions.

These allow you to measure how many abandoned transactions you had compared to successful transactions. You can see the percentage of the metrics and the corresponding number.

Forms

In this section, you will find listings of the conversion results from the forms (ALL) or by form type (LEAD or DONATION) and/or the amount raised. The latter only applies to donation forms.

ALL: Shows the results from LEAD and DONATION forms.

Last Conversions

In this part of the dashboard, you'll see the list of the latest donors who have made donations on your afrus.app forms.

You can also download it as a report, just follow these steps:

  • Click on the Export button.

  • Next, select the type of file you prefer (it can be .CSV or .XLS).

  • Once you've selected the file type, click on Export.

Abandoned Transactions:

Here you can see the list of abandoned transactions so you can track your users:
