In the field of donations, simplifying the donor experience is essential to encourage generosity and long-term engagement. With this goal in mind, we are excited to introduce a new feature: you can now select a specific product, assign it a value, and define the available inventory.
This tool allows donors to easily and directly choose the product they wish to donate, making their contribution more meaningful and personalized. Discover how this innovation will transform the way we support those who need it most.
1. To configure this type of widget, please follow the steps below:
Go to the WIDGETS module and click on + NEW FORM in the top right corner.
2. Name the form and select PRODUCT as the objective of the form.
3. Select product on the widget
4. On the right-hand side, add the product
5. Provide the product name, description (for example, size or color), product price, available inventory quantity, and product status.
6. The product status can be ACTIVE, INACTIVE, or OUT OF STOCK.
7. Remember that you can add multiple products with different characteristics.

Remember that each snippet must be saved using the blue icon in the top right corner, and then click SAVE WIDGET.
9. Please note that, since this is a product, only one-time payments can be configured, not recurring payments.
10. Once you have saved the snippets, go to the right-hand side to render the widget according to your organization’s preferred style and colors.
11. The remaining units for each product can be viewed in real time directly within the widget.
12. To identify which product corresponds to each buyer, go to Transactions, click on the transaction, and there you will find the necessary information to deliver the product.
