Step-by-Step Guide to Connecting and Using WhatsApp (Personal or Business) in Afrus

1️⃣ Go to Organization Settings on the main page of Afrus Classic.

2️⃣ Find the WhatsApp option within the Organization Settings.

3️⃣ Click on NEW LINE.

4️⃣ Enter a name for the new line (remember the importance of having multiple lines and "warming them up": ⌨️ Best Practices for Using WhatsApp 🧑‍💻 | Afrus/Advanzo).

5️⃣ After adding the new line, a QR code will appear.

6️⃣ On your phone, open WhatsApp and go to the Linked Devices module.

7️⃣ Click on Link a Device, and you will see the option to scan the QR code from step 5. Once scanned, you should see this confirmation screen:

🎉 Congratulations! You have successfully connected WhatsApp with Afrus! 🎉

8️⃣ Now, go to our new module. Return to the main page (Dashboard) and find the ALPHA version button.

9️⃣ Inside the ALPHA version, go to the People section.

🔟 Select the person's ID and access their profile.

1️⃣1️⃣ Inside the profile, you will find the SEND WHATSAPP button.

1️⃣2️⃣ Click the button and select the line you want to use (previously connected following the steps above).

1️⃣3️⃣ After selecting the line, a chat window will open, allowing you to start communicating with your donors.

1️⃣4️⃣ You can also view the conversation in the Communications module, under Conversations.
