Profile Settings

In this section, you can view and manage your general profile settings, change your password, email notifications, and general information.

Within our platform, you can access various details about your profile, such as contact information, platform language, password changes, and more.

This article will guide you through each feature and action you can perform within your profile.

How to access it?

Follow these steps to access:

In the top right corner, click on your avatar and then select Profile Settings.

Once inside, you will find the following sections:

  • Personal Information

  • Password Change

  • Email Notifications

  • Data

  • File Export Format

Personal Information:

In this section, you can edit your organization's basic information and view the role you have within the platform.

By clicking on Edit, you can modify the fields and additionally change the language of your platform.

Password:

In this section, you can update your password (which we recommend doing periodically to maintain the security of your platform).

When finished, click Save.

Email Notifications

In this section, you can enable or disable email notifications for the following events:

  • A new lead arrives

  • A new transaction is made

  • A new subscription is received

To check if a notification is enabled, it should be displayed in blue.

Additionally, you can configure the automatic delivery of your reports on a weekly basis.

When you finish your configurations, make sure to click Save.

Data

In this section, you can export your user data whenever needed.

To do so, click on Export My Data.

After that, choose the file format (.CSV or .XLSX), and finally, click Export.

Exported File Format:

To enhance your experience and customize the files you download from our platform, we have developed an option to choose the date format and language for your files according to your preference.

When finished, click Save.
