The import section is a key tool designed to simplify the integration of your data into Afrus/Advanzo.

Its main purpose is to allow you to easily import your lead databases and transaction files, ensuring that all your information is centralized and accessible from a single platform.

Using the import section is essential to maximize efficiency in your data management within Afrus/Advanzo.

By easily integrating your databases, you not only streamline your processes but also gain a complete view of interactions, enabling more informed and strategic decision-making.

⚙️ How to Use the Import Section

The import section allows you to manage your data efficiently by uploading key information about people and transactions.

With this feature, you can centralize and organize your lead and transaction databases. Leads are contacts with the potential to become one-time or recurring users/customers of your organization.

To ensure a smooth process, make sure your files (.XLSX or .CSV) contain the required minimum data before uploading.

📋 Required Fields

For Leads:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email

  • Tag

For Transactions:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email

  • Transaction Status

  • Related Campaign

  • Tag

📌 Note: Any file you import—whether through the import section, people, or transactions—will appear in this section.

🪜 Step-by-Step Guide

Go to the Import Section and click Import.

In the main screen, you will see all uploaded files.

Select the type of data you want to import.

Upload your file by:

  • Selecting it from your computer, or

  • Dragging and dropping it into the upload area

Once uploaded, click Import.

Match your data fields:

  • Left side: columns from your file

  • Right side: dropdown fields from our platform

You can also add a tag by typing it in the top-left corner.

Click Submit to complete the process.

Once finished, your records will appear in the People or Transactions sections
